GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

1. After reception of your request for reservation, we will forward to you a file to turn over us with your down payment. A written confirmation will reach you by return of the mail.
2. The delayed arrival or the anticipated departure is the responsibility of the customer, the final invoicing being carried out on the totality of the reserved stay (made deduction of the down payment).
3. In the event of written cancellation formulated by the customer more 30 days before the date envisaged of arrival, the down payment will be refunded. In the event of written cancellation formulated by the customer less than 30 days before the date envisaged of arrival, the down payment will not be refunded. The expenses of reservation are not refundable.
NB: We advise with our customers to subscribe to the insurance cancellation suggested in the file.

Hiring of mobile-home

- the hirings take effect of Saturday 4 hours PM at Saturday 10 hours AM . In very low season, arrival and the starting days are with your choice.
- the balance of the stay (deduced down payment) is to be paid at least 21 days before the date of arrival

Campsite pitch

- the hirings take effect midday to midday. Except agreement of the direction, you must thus release the site before midday the day of your departure.
